INSTRUCTIONS: 1.An Ideal team size would consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 individuals. 2.A hardcopy of abstract should be submitted before start of the event. 3.The project can be hardware based, software based or a combination of both 4.Inter-college team formation is allowed. 5.The idea must be a unique and original creation, and plagiarism is strictly prohibited. 6.The teams will get 7-10 minutes for their presentation, including a question-and-answer session. 7.The jury’s decision will be final. 8.Violating the rules and making arguments should be avoided strictly. 9.Bring all your necessary items, including laptops, stationery items, and ID cards. 10.Teams are requested to strictly comply with the designated time frame and to exhibit cooperative behaviour. PITCH DECK
Join us at Pitch Deck, an exciting event where innovators showcase their creative ideas and solutions to real-world challenges. Participants will present their concepts to a panel of judges, demonstrating their vision, impact, and potential. This is a unique opportunity to turn ideas into opportunities and to innovate, inspire, and ignite the future! GUIDELINES 1.Each team should have a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 4 members. 2. The presentation must be completed within 7 minutes and 3 minutes for Q&A session with the jury. 3. A maximum of 10 slides is allowed. 4. Collaboration across different fields is encouraged. 5. Your idea must be an original concept. Plagiarism(copying) will result in disqualification. 6. All presentations should be submitted by March 26, 2025, via the designated submission form (to be shared via email/WhatsApp). 7. The panel will evaluate presentations based on innovation, feasibility, impact, and presentation skills. 8. An ideal team size would consists of a minimum of 2 and maximum of 3 individuals. 2. Participants have to solve set of questions using pen and paper. 3. The first round is structured as a set of conceptual and theoretical questions that are directly related to the second round. 4. This should be completed within 15 minutes. 4. Based on the scores, teams move on the next round. 5. The use of any electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited. ROUND 2 1. Problem statement will be provided, participants have to implement the design using components. 2. This should be completed within 40 minutes. 3. Team with highest score wins. BIT BLITZ
Welcome to Bit Blitz — an electrifying competition where logic meets speed, and creativity powers circuits! This event is designed to challenge participants to dive deep into the world of Verilog programming and digital design. Participants will race against the clock to solve complex circuit problems, write efficient code, and simulate their designs to perfection. Whether you're a seasoned digital designer or just starting out, Bit Blitz promises an adrenaline-filled experience that tests both technical skill and innovative thinking. INSTRUCTIONS: ROUND 1: 1. Digital quiz:Participants will solve a set of questions related to digital design,logic gates,numbers systems and fundamental HDL concepts using pen and paper. 2. Time Limit: 20 minutes. 3. Scoring: Accuracy and speed will determine the scores — correct results with faster completion will score higher. 4. Rules: No external tools or pre-written code allowed. Participants must write the solution from scratch. 5. Progression: Top-scoring teams will advance to the next round. ROUND 2 : 1. HDL Program Simulation: Participants will be given a problem statement, and they must write an HDL (Hardware Description Language) program — such as in Verilog — to solve it. 2. Simulation & Testing: Once the code is written, participants will simulate their design to verify correctness and functionality using simulation tools. 3. Time Limit: 60 minutes. 4. Scoring: Solutions will be judged based on correctness, efficiency, and successful simulation results. Partial points will be awarded for incomplete but functional logic. 5. Rules: Participants can use provided computers and pre-installed software but may not access the internet or external resources. Proper commenting and clean coding practices are encouraged and may influence scores. 6. Progression: The best-performing teams will advance to the final round based on their program’s accuracy, design optimization, and simulation success. “ORACLE QUIZ 2K25” is the ultimate test for inquisitive minds, challenging participants with a wide array of topics. From current affairs and general science to technical questions and fascinating general knowledge, this quiz covers it all. Participants will dive into an engaging world of knowledge, sparking their curiosity and inspiring them to learn more. INSTRUCTIONS: ROUND 1: 1.A team of 2 individuals will participate in the first round. 2.This round will be a pen and paper round where the 2 individuals of a team will have to discuss among themselves and answer the questions. 3.There will be 30 questions and this first round should be completed in 45 minutes. 4.The questions will cover all the topics that an ideal general quiz covers. 5.Most preferred topics: Current affairs, general science, basic technical knowledge, general knowledge. ROUND 2: 1.Selected teams from Round 1 will participate in Round 2. 2.Most probable the top 6 teams from round 1 will participate in this round. 3.This round will be On stage GRAND FINALE. 4.There will be 5 to 6 rounds and this include 2 to 3 buzzer rounds also. The rounds cover all the topics as said in the round 1. 5.Based on the standings at the end of all rounds, the winner and the runner of ORACLE QUIZ 2K25 will be declared.
